I know it’s been a while, but I have been rather busy. Icons Boutique is moving in full throttle. I am moving this week so I have been packing. I started to teach art classes on my “spare time”, and I am trying to keep up with my social events. So it’s been a while that I have cooked because I literally have no time. However, some time ago I did make this fabulous dish and it was super delicious.
Let’s start. Now this is a spicy dish.
Here are the ingredients you will need;
- Organic wheat pasta
- Smart balance light butter
- 1/2 cup white onion
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of shrimp (I like to use jumbo shrimp)
1. Start by boiling your pasta. While your pasta boils, you can work on the mixture. 2. Take some of the light butter and let it heat up in a pan. Now don’t use too much but it will defeat the purpose of the “lightness”. Add the onion and start to brown.
